		<description>Yes, it&#039;s just a matter of finding time for what you really care, and if you really care for yourself, to meditate is probably some of the best things you can do with your time.
Personally I start just siting still, feeling the body and observing thoughts passing by. After a while, try to move to where there is absolutelly no atachment, no reaction, only space and awareness.
I wonder why meditation is not a mandatory subject at school, like history or maths... to me, often it makes much more sense.
